We recommend all customers to order a sample of each item they order. Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order.
We will not accept any used fabric.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not ship back any items without contacting us/making a claim. We will not accept any unknown returns.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure to provide us with pictures of the items being reported defective or damaged for our reference. Restocking fee is 10%
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 14 business days. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
